Joe Haley is a Partner in Healthcare Strategies, LLC, a consulting business established to assist healthcare companies develop and achieve their sales, operational, and financial goals.

Mr. Haley has extensive finance, accounting and management experience in the home healthcare and hospital industry. He was Chief Financial Officer for Respiratory Solutions, Inc., a regional provider of home respiratory equipment and respiratory medications. Mr. Haley was responsible for all finance and accounting functions, and participated on the senior management team. Respiratory Solutions was sold to Lincare in December 2004.

Prior to his experience at Respiratory Solutions, Mr. Haley was the Director of Finance for South County Hospital, located in Wakefield R.I.  At South County Hospital, Mr. Haley was responsible for the accounting and finance function.  During his tenure at SCH, Mr. Haley led the finance and business development team in the analysis of a hospital expansion process that resulted in the addition of a $20 million Emergency Room and Diagnostic Imaging Center. 

Mr. Haley was also the CFO of EvoCare and EvoCare Home Health Services, providers of infusion therapy and home health services for patients throughout southern New England. EvoCare, founded in 1994, was sold to American Home Patient in 1998.

Prior to joining EvoCare Mr. Haley was the Director of Reimbursement for Butler Hospital in Providence, RI, and was a Medicare Auditor for Blue Cross of Rhode Island.

Mr. Haley earned a B.S. in Healthcare Administration/Accounting from Providence College, and an MBA in Accounting from Bryant College.  He currently resides in North Kingstown, RI.
